Visiting with Family

A visit with the Cronenwett's

Because of Bill's class reunion being last Saturday, a lot of his high school friends were home. He had a wild "guys night out" on Friday, the class reunion on Saturday, and then Sunday night we a visited with Brian, Jen & Corbin. Here are some pictures:

Bill's Class Reunion

Bill had his class reunion (20 yrs) this past Saturday. We first met at the new school for a tour. It was our first time there, and very interesting to see where our kids will be going to school. It's very nice! Then we headed out to the Rib Cookoff at the fairgrounds, where they had a tent set up for his class. We both had a great time!

A Swim Date

I took Trey & Nick over to my Aunt Mary's house yesterday to swim with Trent in the pond. (their 2nd cousin). In between fighting over all the toys, they did have a lot of fun! :) As usual, we had to reassure Nick that there were only fish and frogs in the pond, and no sharks
We just cracked up laughing when the boys came out of the shed with all this gear on!! They found the stash of life jackets, goggles, swim masks, snorkels, and fins...and of course their floaties.

Happy Birthday Bill & Steve!!!!

Yesterday was my brother Steve's birthday, and today is Bill's birthday...so last night we took a group over to Beer Barrel Pizza for supper. It is SOOO good!! Then we headed over to the Squirty Worm for some fun! Unfortunately the battery in my camera died when we got to the Squirty Worm, so all the pictures are just from dinner. We all had fun riding go-carts, bumper boats, playing putt-putt...and so on!

Wetzelland

Bill & I went out to Wetzel last weekend. We had fun!

Cookout

The boys & I went to Grandma Cathy and Grandpa Jim's house for a cookout Sunday night. The boys swam in the "warm pool" , as they call it, for almost 2 hours!!
My Dad is the Grill Master! He made us some AWESOME chicken!
He has the serious look on his face because BBQ is serious business! haha (or maybe he just wasn't ready for the picture...)

Another Night at the Drive-In

We went for round 2 at the drive-in on Saturday, and saw Ice Age 3. The boys wanted to go to the playground when we got there, but were a little overwhelmed by all the kids! They just kind of stood there and watched everyone else.This time we made a bed for the boys in the back, and they loved it! Once again, Nick fell asleep about 10 minutes into the movie, but Trey kept his eyes open just long enough to see the whole thing.

Sidewalk Chalk & Silly Boys

The boys wanted to have their own gardens, so we drew vegetables in sidewalk chalk for each of them. I'm glad this worked, because originally they wanted to plant their own gardens!!

July 4th Weekend

We decided to stay close to home for the 4th and we ended up with a busy, but fun couple days. We went to Old Fashioned Farmer Days, combined some wheat, had our own little fireworks display, and of course went into town to see the fireworks!

Newman's Birthday Party

Before I begin; Yes, we are dorks!

We had a little birthday party for Newman last night. He is now 1 yr old! (or whatever the equivalent is in dog years... 7?) The boys got a kick out of singing to him, and watching him devour some cake. Bill had a piece of cake on a plate for him, and before we could sing, he sucked the cake off the plate in one gulp and swallowed!! It was pretty hilarious!The boys gave Newman a birthday hug while he was eating his "Filet Mignon flavored" dog food! Hahaha!

Tball

I finally took some tball pictures at a game. Go figure, this is the last week! I did forget my camera again, but I figured out taking pictures on my cell phone. It actually has a pretty good camera in it, but I could never figure out how to get the pictures out of the phone!!
Nick and I kind of goofed around a little with it before I took some "action photos"

Trey is on 1st base. It's fun to see him learning so much as the "season" went on!

New Additions

Meet the newest members of our family: Mudflap and Optimus Prime (Transformers names, of course!). The boys each won a goldfish playing a game at Willshire days. They pull up chairs and watch them...and they love feeding them too!
